Orders are shipped with standard USPS services for most packages. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the U.S. Shipping times may vary during holidays or severe weather.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $35 ship free within the U.S. The free shipping threshold is automatically applied at checkout.
Are your pieces handmade?
Designs are created digitally and brought to life using a laser cutter with wood and acrylic, then cleaned, assembled, and finished by hand. Each piece may have small variations that make it unique.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. Custom keychains, pet tags, name plaques, and select wall pieces are available in limited spots. Visit the Custom page and use the custom inquiry button to get started.
What is your return policy?
Because items are made in small batches, returns are generally accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. If there’s an issue, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right. Custom pieces are typically non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
How should I care for my keychains and wall decor?
Keep pieces away from harsh chemicals and avoid prolonged soaking or heavy impact. Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth if needed. For acrylic, avoid abrasive cleaners to prevent scratching.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, reach out as soon as possible. Once production or packing has started, changes might not be possible, especially for custom pieces.
